If you purchased your Teselisent® product through an authorized online marketplace, please note that all refunds, returns, and exchanges are handled entirely by this authorized online marketplace and are subject to the specific policies of this marketplace in which you placed your order. This includes:
• Refund eligibility
• Return windows and procedures
• Restocking fees (if applicable)
• Reimbursement timelines
We do not have control over the authorized online marketplace's refund process. To request a return or refund, please log in to your marketplace account and follow the return instructions provided in your order history. You may also consult the Refund Policies of your marketplace.
2. Spare Parts Purchased Directly from Us
For spare parts purchased directly through our customer service (e.g., replacement poles, zipper heads, anchoring components), please note the following:
• We only sell spare parts in the countries where we currently sell our products.
• All sales are final: We do not accept returns or issue refunds for spare parts ordered directly from us.
• Pre-shipping confirmation: Before shipping, we always provide clear details and pricing for your approval (Go / No-Go).
• Once you confirm and proceed with the purchase, the sale is considered binding and non-refundable.
