1) Introduction & Purpose
This section outlines Teselisent® policies regarding authorized sales channels, warranty eligibility, and official distribution conditions, in addition to the intellectual property protections rights protecting Teselisent® products, designs, trademarks, patents and related elements & materials.
Authorized Sales Channels
Teselisent® products are sold exclusively through authorized sales channels operated under the official seller name. This ensures authenticity, secure delivery, quality, safety, regulatory validation and warranty coverage.
Any sale, resale, redistribution marketing, shipment or commercial use of Teselisent® products outside these authorized channels is not permitted.

The only official seller authorized to sell Teselisent® products is: Teselis
Any offer made under a different seller name, website, platform or entity is not authorized, even if genuine products are used.
Warranty & Customer Support Limitations
Warranty, after-sales service and customer support are provided only for products purchased through authorized sales channels.
Purchases made via:

unauthorized resellers

dropshipping services
-
cross-border forwarding services
-
secondary or resale marketplaces
are not eligible for warranty, replacement, refund or customer support.
Unauthorized Resale, Dropshipping & Parallel Imports
Teselisent® does not authorize third parties, dropshippers or distributors to resell, redirect or ship its products outside approved distribution conditions. Unauthorized resale or parallel imports may:

violate trademark and intellectual property rights

breach product compliance, safety or certification requirements

mislead consumers
Such activities are strictly prohibited and subject to enforcement actions.
We strongly advise customers not to purchase Teselisent® products via dropshipping services or unofficial websites.
Such purchases for customers may result in:

significantly highly-inflated prices

long international travel so that packaging and product arrive damaged
-
no guarantee the item arriving overseas is the correct model, a genuine product or in functional condition
-
inadequate comformity to meet local safety, regulatory or compliance requirements
-
lack of warranty coverage
-
lack of customer support
-
missing parts or accessories
-
extended delivery times

returns and service are impossible when items are redirected overseas. Returns will not be accepted in these cases.
For these reasons, Teselisent® will refuse warranty claims, returns and support requests. If you are unsure whether a sales channel is official, please contact us first before purchasing.
2) Registered Trademarks
Teselisent® is a registered trademark protected under international and national intellectual property laws in multiple jurisdictions worldwide.
Unauthorized use of our name, logo, identifying marks or brand identity - including in connection with similar, unrelated or competing products - constitutes trademark infringement, is strictly prohibited and subject to legal action.
3) Product Design Protection
The physical design, construction, and key technical and utility features of Teselisent® Secure Storage Sheds & Shelters - including the anchoring security eyelets, frame structure, zipper protection system, and ventilation configuration - are proprietary to Teselisent® and protected under applicable design, utility-model applications, trade dress, and unfair competition laws.
Copying, imitating or reproducing these features (in whole or in part), whether for commercial use or imitation, is strictly prohibited and will be considered an infringement of intellectual property rights and unfair commercial practice.
4) Copyrighted Materials (Visuals, Texts, Manuals)
All product photos, setup guides, videos, and related promotional materials appearing on Teselisent® channels are original works protected by copyright laws.
Reproduction or reuse for commercial purposes, including advertising or resale listings, is forbidden without written permission from Teselisent®.
5) Technical Innovations & Proprietary Know-How
Certain elements of the Teselisent® system incorporate proprietary technical innovations and functional know-how developed exclusively by Teselisent®.
These technical solutions and structural methods are protected under applicable laws relating to design originality, trade secrets, and unfair competition. Unauthorized reproduction, imitation, or reverse engineering of these features is strictly prohibited.
6) Counterfeiting & Unauthorized Sellers
Teselisent® actively monitors global marketplaces for counterfeit and unauthorized sellers. Products sold by unauthorized resellers are not covered by our warranty or customer support.
Sellers or companies who purchase our products from an authorized platform and authorized geography to resell & ship our products to an end customer belonging to another non-authorized country are defined as Unauthorized Resellers / Unauthorized Sellers.

Authorized distribution refers to sales conducted through official channels under approved distribution conditions.

Any resale, redirection or shipment outside these conditions is considered unauthorized.
We reserve the right to take legal action against entities that copy, distribute, or list counterfeit Teselisent® products on online marketplaces. To verify an authorized seller, please contact us.
7) Brand Enforcement & Reporting
If you find any imitation or unauthorized listing of Teselisent® products, please notify us through our official contact form. Your assistance helps us protect product quality and customer safety.
8) International Protection Statement
Teselisent® products and intellectual property are protected under applicable laws in multiple jurisdictions worldwide.
We actively cooperate with local authorities, customs authorities, online platforms and platform-specific enforcement mechanisms to prevent infringement and protect our brand globally.
9) Unauthorized Resellers, Dropshippers & Parallel Imports
Teselisent® does not authorize any third party, reseller, distributor or dropshipping service to purchase, redirect, resell or distribute its products outside approved distribution conditions. This includes, without limitation, the following unauthorized activities:

Reselling Teselisent® products through third-party platforms or websites without prior written authorization.

Purchasing Teselisent® products through authorized sales channels and reselling or redirecting them to end customers outside approved distribution conditions.

Using forwarding services, cross-border shipping arrangements or intermediary entities to redirect products to markets where Teselisent® has not authorized distribution.

Marketing, promoting or offering Teselisent® products in territories, regions or markets not covered by approved distribution conditions.
Such actions violate trademark, intellectual property rights, local compliance and distribution laws and will result in enforcement actions, including reporting to relevant platforms, issuing takedown requests and pursuing legal and administrative remedies, injunctive relief & monetary damages.
Only products [1] purchased directly from our official channels and [2] for use / usage in the country where our official channels are setup is guaranteed authentic, is covered by our warranty and customer support. Please note that conditions [1] and [2] must be met together.
Availability in a specific official channel indicates that Teselisent® has confirmed compliance with that market’s applicable product-safety, quality and certification requirements. It ensures that every customer receives a fully compliant, safe and tested product.
Unauthorized resale outside approved channels or regions will not meet these standards. Unauthorized resales in other markets will not comply with regional regulations or safety standards and are strictly prohibited as they may violate compliance or consumer-protection laws.
Purchases made from unauthorized resellers, dropshippers or parallel importers are not eligible for warranty, replacement, spare parts or customer support.
Teselisent® products are distributed exclusively through authorized channels under approved distribution conditions.
We do not authorize representation, resale or distribution outside these conditions. Any entity claiming to represent or distribute Teselisent® products without written authorization is doing so without our consent.
10) Unauthorized E-Commerce, Data-Scraping & Mirror Sites
Certain third-party websites and online platforms - including unauthorized e-commerce sites, scraper pages, and so-called “mirror” listings - may display Teselisent® products, images, or descriptions without our knowledge or consent.
Some of these websites (such as data-aggregators or marketplace-style pages) may appear legitimate but are not affiliated with Teselisent®, do not hold inventory, and have no commercial or contractual relationship with us.
Any sale, resale, or offer of Teselisent® products through such channels is unauthorized as they may mislead consumers. These listings may include inaccurate information, incorrect or highly-inflated pricing, or products of uncertain origin.
Teselisent® strictly prohibits the reproduction of its brand name, product data, or images on third-party sites, and we actively report and request takedown of such website’s pages or such listings.
We strongly advise customers to purchase only from our official channels to ensure product authenticity, verified quality standards, and full warranty coverage.
Reproducing our listings, product images, or brand assets on external platforms - even without direct sales - constitutes a violation of intellectual property rights and unfair commercial use. Teselisent® will pursue legal and administrative actions against operators and against any entity facilitating their distribution or promotion.
11) Reporting Infringement
If you discover any imitation, counterfeit, or unauthorized listing of Teselisent® products, please contact us. Your report will help us maintain the integrity and safety of our brand.
12) Enforcement Authority & International Legal Unit
Teselisent® is owned and operated by its parent company, which oversees all brand protection and legal enforcement activities worldwide.
The company has an International Legal Business Unit dedicated to managing unauthorized activities, including counterfeiting, parallel imports, dropshipping, misuse of brand assets, and online infringement.
Through its internal team and partnerships with specialized international law firms, the parent company is capable of taking enforcement actions in multiple jurisdictions worldwide, depending on the nature of the infringement.
Teselisent® and its parent company reserve the right to pursue civil & administrative actions whenever unauthorized activities or infringements are identified in these regions.
13) Legal Disclaimer
Teselisent® reserves all rights relating to its intellectual property, trade dress, product design, and brand identity.
Unauthorized use or misrepresentation of the Teselisent® brand will result in civil or administrative liability.
